Meet Our Criminal Defense Attorneys
Farrell & Kozlowski, Attorneys at Law, is run by two partners, Thomas N. Farrell and Sandra A. Kozlowski. Both attorneys began their criminal law careers with the Allegheny County District Attorney's Office.
A graduate of Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Mr. Farrell was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in 1991. Mr. Farrell has handled hundreds of criminal cases at all stages — from pre-arrest investigation through every possible appeal and applications for expungements and pardons. Mr. Farrell is a former Assistant District Attorney in Allegheny County, where he was the head of the Post-Conviction Unit as well as a former Deputy District Attorney for the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General.
Ms. Kozlowski is a graduate of Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, and she was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in 2002. After beginning her career at the Allegheny County district attorney's office, Ms. Kozlowski opened her own practice in January 2003. Ms Kozlowski joined Mr. Farrell as a defense lawyer at Farrell & Kozlowski in May 2004. Ms. Kozlowski has both trial and appellate experience.
